    All proceeds from the event will benefit Bigger Table (www.biggertable.org) a Chicago-area non-profit that takes donations of food waste and turns them into nutritious products that are donated to food banks and charities.  There will be a brief presentation about Bigger Table so that attendees can learn more about their innovative approach.
