  • Thornhill Education Center at Morton Arboretum, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137

The zeitgeist says CBD can be added to anything, but the reality is far more complex. In this talk, we'll discuss the challenges of incorporating CBD into high-quality food and beverage formats. We'll go over critical sources of variance in the CBD supply chain and how those inconsistencies can impact manufacturers and consumers alike.

We'll dive deep into the isolate vs. broad-spectrum debate and interrogate prevailing standards and definitions for each. If we do our job, attendees will leave with a realistic understanding of the quality and safety issues inherent to CBD that are still to be reckoned with.
