Refund Policy

For membership payments, please note:

If you have made an error in paying for your membership via the website, or have changed your mind, we will honor your request for a refund made within 15 days of the transaction.

To request a refund, please notify us by email at network@chicagolandfood.org. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

For events, please note:

We are happy to assist with cancelling your registration and processing a refund if you provide us at least 24 hours notice.   Event cancellations received on the day of an event will not receive a refund.

Event registrations, made by corporate members, can be swapped within the same company with at least 24 hours notice.  Individual registrations are non-transferrable.
