Joel Warady recently ended his tenure as General Manager, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer of Enjoy Life Foods, a leading brand in the North American Gluten-Free, Allergy-Friendly food and snack category that experienced 18 consecutive years of growth under his guidance. In 2015, Joel was part of the two-person management team that successfully negotiated an acquisition by Mondelez International.

In the past few years, he has been ranked as one of the Top 50 CMOs on Twitter by Social Media Marketing Magazine, one of the Top 50 Most Influential CMOs on Social Media by Forbes.com, was included in Brand Quarterly magazine’s list of 50 Marketing Thought Leaders Over 50, and most recently recognized as Twitter’s Most Influential Marketers by AgencySpotter. Post-acquisition, Joel was tapped to provide valuable insights to the Mondelez management team in helping them create best practices on how best to merge the culture of emerging brands whose foundations are built on trust and transparency, while taking advantage of the global expertise that a large multinational can bring to the business. He played varying roles in Mondelez’s investments in Hu Kitchen, Perfect Snacks, and Uplift Foods.

John Ferguson, Director of Customer Operations, GlobalTranz

As GlobalTranz’s Director of Operations, John is a seasoned logistics and supply chain leader driving strategic growth for GlobalTranz's clients through innovative transportation solutions that reduce costs and improve operational efficiencies. With more than 11 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, John has experience developing value creation opportunities and tailored logistics solutions that support his client’s business strategy and goals. He has a passion for fostering collaboration among his colleagues and supporting his client’s long-term business goals with innovative transportation strategies.  John holds an MBA with a concentration in Operations and Management from Northern Illinois University.

Dan Creinin, Account Executive – Supply Chain, Elemica

Dan Creinin has always been interested in process improvement as it relates to delivering value to customers and markets.  As an industrial engineer, he thinks in GANTT charts and critical paths. He has a complete understanding of how long it will take his kids to find their socks in the morning to get to school.  Starting in product marketing, Dan made a mid career move to sales and customer management at a variety of technology companies, ranging from consulting services to supply chain automation. Dan now spends his time working with a variety of manufacturers, helping them optimize their supply chain activities, allowing them to focus less on transactional work and more on strategic, market based activities.
